The court acknowledged "several procedural lapses" by the Noida police in arresting her, bringing an end to five months of arbitrary detention under the NSA.
Aakriti's case began on April 12, when she was arrested at 10:56 am on charges of instigating arson and stone pelting during a protest in Noida.
